Pirkėjai maždaug tris dienas prieš pasirodymo datą gaus el. laišką su VIP informacija adresu, nurodytu pirkimo metu. „One More Time VIP“, atlikėjas, turas, renginio organizatorius, bilietų pardavimo bendrovė, renginio vieta ar kitos susijusios šalys neatsako už pasenusią ar netikslią vartotojo pateiktą informaciją. Visi paketai ir jų turinys yra neperleidžiami ir negalioja, jei jie perkami perparduodant iš gerbėjų; pinigai negrąžinami ar keičiami; visi pardavimai yra galutiniai. Paketo elementai gali keistis.
